EXPERIENCE
Ms. Qualls is the founder of the Law Firm of Carmen Qualls & Associates, a Los Angeles based firm that handles many cases in various counties in California.   With an extensive background in the legal profession, Ms. Qualls practices in Probate, Trust and Probate Administration, Estate Planning (Wills and Trust), Family Law, Personal Injury and Civil Litigation.  From the initial client contact to the conclusion of the case, Ms. Qualls provides an unparalleled dedication with an aggressive professionalism.

EMPLOYMENT
Even before Ms. Qualls was a licensed attorney, she was no stranger to the legal field. Beginning in 1993 and continuing for 8 years, Ms. Qualls was a Legal Assistant at the Law Offices of Johnnie L. Cochran, Jr., and was the primary liaison between defense attorneys, outside entities, witnesses and the media in the case of People v. O.J. Simpson.  In 2003, Ms. Qualls returned to the Law Offices of Johnnie L. Cochran, Jr., then known as The Cochran Firm, as a Paralegal, and continued to be exposed to Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Employment Law, Business Law and Civil Rights.  Over the years, she has worked with Leslie H. Abramson as well as many other highly skilled sole proprietors.
